For a correction
Include the AdCheckMe page address, the passage or instruction in question, and an official source link if you have one. If a setting has changed, the platform name and general device type are useful. You do not need to send a screenshot, your account details, or a copy of your browsing history.
Please leave out passwords, payment information, account identifiers, and other private details. Your guided-explainer selections are not attached to an email by this site.
For an ad or account problem
AdCheckMe is an independent education site, not Google or Meta support. We cannot remove an ad, access an account, change a platform’s settings for you, or recover money from an advertiser. Use the ad’s own reporting controls for a misleading or harmful ad.
