The service

AdCheckMe is an independent website published by Luis Vega. It offers guides, fictional educational examples, links to platform controls, and a guided explainer based on the categories a visitor selects. You do not need an account or payment to use these features.

What an explanation can establish

The explainer translates categories that you report seeing in a platform’s disclosure. It cannot inspect your ad, verify your selections, access a private profile, or determine the exact cause of an advertising decision. Its output is educational guidance, not a personalized investigation.

Platform features and rules change. Instructions may differ by country, account, device, age, or rollout. Check the linked official documentation and the settings available in your account. AdCheckMe does not guarantee that a suggested control will remove a particular ad or produce a particular outcome. The material is not legal or professional advice.

Independent from the platforms

AdCheckMe is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Meta, or the advertisers discussed. Product and company names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the services being explained. We cannot change another service’s settings or handle its account-support requests.

Our materials and your use

AdCheckMe’s original text, design, and illustrations are provided for reading and personal educational use. You are welcome to link to our pages and quote brief passages with attribution and a link, subject to applicable law. Contact us about broader republication. Material linked from other publishers remains subject to its owners’ terms.

Do not misuse the site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or present our fictional examples as actual findings about another person. Nothing here limits uses or rights that applicable law permits.
